It’s hard to believe that the end of the fiscal year is just a few days away. 2020 has been a wild ride, but one thing that has not changed is the commitment of the Mike Moroney Aeronautical Center’s employees to accomplish their training. As we approach the end of the year, member participation in training is in the high 90 percentile and, in some cases, is at nearly 100%. Great work, MMAC!

There are just a few days left to complete any outstanding mandatory training. As we approach the end of the fiscal year in just a few days, now is an excellent time to ensure that you are current on your assigned Mandatory Training. Members are encouraged to log into eLMS and check their "Assigned Training" to ensure they are up-to-date on all training! Please reach out to your organization’s Training Coordinator if you have any questions.

The Federal Leadership & Learning Institute (FLLI) has announced a major change for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021’s Second, Third, and Fourth Quarter class enrollments. Class enrollments have moved to a self-service format, allowing managers to enroll themselves in the FLLI classes they need and want to take. Please see the FLLI section below for important information concerning these changes.

The 2020 Oklahoma Federal Executive Board (OKFEB) Training season is winding down. Due to the global health crisis, the OKFEB Trainings planned for 2020 were quickly revamped from in-person offerings into virtual offerings. MMAC partnered with OKFEB to present a full line-up of very successful and applicable offerings, including courses such as "Expanding Your Influence: Understanding the Psychology of Persuasion," "’A Letter to My Younger Self’ - How to Lead Thorough Introspection and Self Reflection," and "A Communication Palooza to Empower your Leadership." September 2020 will see the final OKFEB Training course completed. Stay tuned for more training next year! The Fiscal Year 2021 OKFEB Training Calendar is currently under development.
